  1. 1 Yellow - Rolled Oats
  2. 1 Purple - Strawberries
  3. Honey (optional)
  1. Cook oatmeal per instructions and top with strawberries and honey.
  1. On the 21 Day Fix, you are allowed 1 to 2 tsps of natural sweeteners per day. Honey can be used as one of those sweeteners.

  1. I just received 21 day fix in the mail today. With this recipe of yours, do you measure out the raw oatmeal in the yellow container and then cook or cook oatmeal and then put it in the yellow container? It sounds really good I’m just not familiar yet with how to do everything.

  2. Thanks for that question. I’m always wondering when measurements are involved if you measure raw or cooked. I don’t like to waste food so one serving of oats (by the directions) could really be 5 days worth on the 21-DF program.

    Same with other foods. I need to cook them to see what fits in the containers, I’m guessing.

    About to start my program and want to do it correctly. I’m after results!

    • Rolled Oats or Steel Cut Oats are the best if following the meal plans outlined in the programs. Instant Oats are fine if they have no other added ingredients.

  3. I have a question. So you say to measure out oatmeal after its cooked, how do you know how much to cook then? Do you just throw in a bunch and if their is extra can you keep it? Does it re heat good?
