The trick to maintaining a healthy lifestyle is liking the things you eat, or in this case drink. Ideally, you will find a perfect balance between your healthy foods and your favorite Shakeology recipes.

The following are a few of my favorite Shakeology recipes to get you started. Feel free to experiment a little and create your own Shakeology recipes as well.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Lovers Shakeology mix:

• 1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
• 1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
• 1 scoop chocolate flavored Shakeology mix
• 1 Tbsp of PB2 (or natural Peanut Butter)
• 5 Ice Cubes

Mix the ingredients in your mixer and sprinkle on a bit of
cinnamon for extra flavor (optional). for a delicious morning or late
afternoon snack

Morning Cup of Shakeology (Frappuccino style):

• 1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
• 1/2 cup  Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
• 1/2 cup iced coffee

• 5 ice cubes

Blend the ingredients together and start your day with your own healthy version of a traditional Frappuccino!!
