  1. 6 Bell Peppers, tops and seeds removed
  2. 1lb Turkey Meat
  3. 5 Spring Onions, Chopped
  4. 1.5 cups Brown Rice, cooked
  5. 20oz Jar of Organic Marinara
  6. 5 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
  7. Salt & Pepper (to taste, optional)
  8. Fresh Shredded Parmesan Cheese (optional)
  9. Fresh herbs (Basil and Oregano), chopped
  1. Cook brown rice according to package. Brown turkey meat. Add cooked rice, spring onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and marinara sauce. Stir until warm. Mix in fresh herbs. Remove from burner and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Boil peppers with a dash of salt for 1-2 minutes. Remove from water, transfer to baking dish and stuff with stuffing. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with shredded Parmesan cheese.
  4. ENJOY!!

  1. Is it important to have all the containers covered? I noticed there is no orange container in this meal. Would I need to add something to cover it? I just ordered my program and am trying to plan ahead so I’ll be ready when it gets here!

      No. It isn’t required to cover every container with every meal. In fact you can’t because you only get 1 orange and 1 blue. 🙂

  2. I am new to this and I have a question… It says on the bottom how many containers we need of each so does that mean we cook everything then measure it in our containers then put it on the plate to eat? Lol sounds silly when I write it out.
