13.1 and done.  That means it’s time for a bacon burger!

I’m often asked how much longer I’ll continue to run. The honest answer is for as long as my body will allow me to. My health and fitness are the very REASON why I have this baby brewing. Why in the world would I make it an EXCUSE to stop if I’m fully capable and very much willing to continue?

Our bodies are amazing vessels that can do so much more than we believe. Don’t ever underestimate that!

Now… about that burger?!?!
