So many of you have been asking me about Chalene Johnson’s new PiYo program recently! When is it going to be released? Will it help with toning? Will it help with weight loss? Will it help strengthen and DEFINE my muscles? Is it Yoga? Is it Pilates? Is it cardio? What is it? Hahaha!
Well, I’m forming a “PREP” group now to answer all your questions and share ALL the details that I have and will be getting when attending Summit later this month. I will be preparing everyone in anticipation for its HUGE release on June 23rd!! We will gear up and get excited together!
