P90X3 Results – Leslie D
Meet… well me! These were my P90X3 results after just 90 days of hard-core conditioning and strength training! From Jan 2014 – March 2014, a group of us chose to workout to the new P90X3 fitness program, checking in daily, holding each other accountable, and reaching our goals. I’m so excited to share the results of several of our members because you will be AMAZED at what can be accomplished in 90 days and their photos and measurements are jaw dropping!
I thought I would start us off with my very own results. If you remember, I gained weight very early in this program. Check out my full review HERE. I started doubting my choice for fear that I would lose the progress I had made over the past year. BUT, I did what I tell all of my members to do when this happens….
TRUST THE PROCESS and ignore the scale!
So, I pressed forward and guess what? I may have gained weight and inches but I gained something so much more… STRENGTH & CONFIDENCE! Looking at my before photos in comparison to my afters, I’m UNBELIEVABLY happy that I stuck with it and ignored that damn scale!!! The new found strength I have is above and beyond WAY BETTER than the pounds I gained.
So, you can see that this is the REAL DEAL. If you are looking for solid results from a program that won’t take you HOURS to do each day, P90X3 is the way to go.
