Ingredients
  1. 2 cups whole wheat flour
  2. 4 1/2 tsp baking powder
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 2 tsp cinnamon
  5. 2 tsp Vanilla
  6. 2 large eggs
  7. 1 Tbsp Raw Honey
  8. 2 1/4 cups Almond Milk
Instructions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add wet ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix well with a spoon until there are no more dry spots; don't over-mix. You want clumps so the pancakes will be light and fluffy, otherwise that get flat and tough.
  2. Heat skillet on medium heat. Pour pancake mix in 3 inch rounds and when the pancake starts to bubble flip them over.
  3. ENJOY!!!

  1. How many servings does this pancake recipe make? Also what what is the breakdown for the containers?

Last night I made the tomato soup & grilled cheese & doubled it. My husband can’t eat peppers so I just added more tomatoes to replace them & it was so good. I didn’t feel like I was on a diet with that great crunchy grilled cheese!

Is there a formula to break down recipes to figure what containers should be allotted per serving?

    Thanks for your help!

    • Hey Cheryl! Fix approved recipes will have the breakdown per container size at the bottom of the recipe. Many of my recipes in other sections of the blog may not be fixed approved or broken into a specific container because of ingredients or quite frankly, I created it before the FIX actually came out 🙂
