INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 piece Whole Wheat Toast
  • 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Sauté spinach with 1/2 tsp of oil until wilted. Set aside.
  2. Cook egg until desired yolk consistency is obtained.
  3. Serve over whole wheat toast.
  4. ENJOY!!!
