Ingredients
  1. 1 Red - Eggs
  2. 1 Green - Spinach
  3. 1 Yellow - Whole Wheat Toast
  4. 1 tsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Sauté spinach with 1/2 tsp of oil until wilted. Set aside. Cook eggs in 1/2 tsp of oil until desired yolk consistency is obtained.
  2. Serve over whole wheat toast.
