INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups Sliced Almonds
  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • Dash Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat ove to 375. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Make your almond and oatmeal flour by combining the sliced almonds and rolled oats in a food processor (or strong blender) and pulsing until ground and powder like.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  4. Beat oil and maple syrup in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add egg, egg whites, and extract and beat for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add almond flour mixture to egg mixture and blend.
  6. Add chocolate chips.
  7. Drop Tbsp sized dough onto prepared cookie sheets
  8. Bake for 14 minutes or until golden brown. ENJOY!!!
