ENERGY BITES

When I completed the Ultimate Reset I was just about ready to start peaking with mileage for my 3rd marathon in 2013.  At the time, I had no idea what artificial ingredients would do to me after doing the cleanse UNTIL I ate an entire sleeve of Clif Bloks.  I was NOT in good shape.  So, after seeing my sister create an energy bite with nuts, I thought I would try my hand at something a little more smooth to pop in before a run or even during if it was something that I could just grab and put in my camel bag.  Low and behold… the peanut butter coconut ball was created!
