After doing several rounds of the 21 Day Fix Extreme, I was ready to move on to another level of training and this program delivered. It combines so many techniques and training style that it kept me engaged the entire time. It was just the right mix of cardio, weights, and power lifting that I believe it achieved what it set out to do… transform your body!
60 Day Fitness Challenge
I know the thought of a 60 day program (actually 8 weeks – so more like 56 days) may be overwhelming but I have to say, I felt like everyday brought something new. It’s not until late in the 2nd week that you even repeat one of the workouts so your body is still guessing and adapting which makes it work harder. This journey isn’t about doing something “quick”. It’s about creating healthy habits that you can SUSTAIN over time and CONTINUE to love it everyday. I can honestly say this program kept my attention form start to finish!

Believe me, I know working toward your fitness goals, whether it be weight loss or maintenance, is a REAL struggle. We have food delivered to our offices, sweet treats in conference rooms, kid plates to “clean up”, a snack here and a drink there and POOF… all of our hard work is gone! I get it. What I love about this program is that it follows the 21 Day Fix nutrition system and you know how much I LOVE that program. It really simplifies nutrition and meal planning and helps you to retrain your mind and belly to identify the right foods and the right portions of food to eat throughout your day. On top of that, it also allows you the flexibility to enjoy some of the “treats” in moderation along the way. BALANCE is key and this program will help you figure out that very complicated puzzle in a much more logical way.
