MAKING PROGRESS THROUGH MORNING SICKNESS.

Something amazing happened this morning….

I wasn’t tired.
I wasn’t nauseous.
I felt refreshed. 
I had energy.

So I got up quickly before my brain had a chance to catch up and I finally got my workout in before 7:00am!! It’s been 7 days since I’ve felt well enough to workout in the morning and I was so excited!!!
