Let’s flashback a little over 30 days ago when I was feeling, well lets be frank, like shit!! We have all had those moments when we sort of lose our way from time to time because things like PARENTHOOD and WORK comes up and distracts us but we also lose some confidence in ourselves, a little belief, maybe some focus and drive too and it sort of just spirals out of control to the point where its easier to give in then to reach out…. luckily, I’m pretty resilient and knew I could reach out to my coach, Leslie Davis.
When we chatted about what was going on, we immediately knew the best thing to do was get me involved in her Core De Force Coach Test Group to work this fitness program from start to finish. ALL IN! Let me tell you, while I was sore 29 out of the 30 days of this program, I stayed focused and dedicated the entire time! I was determined to feel better about myself! In those 30 days, I went from:
- struggling to lose fat (not weight) to losing 2.5 inches from my waist
- having constant flare-ups to being able to control my IBS
- feeling lost and unmotivated, to feeling excited and invigorated about my fitness
- not feeling good about my progress to feeling amazing
I know I’m far from perfect and that’s OK because I’m making progress again and feel so much better about where I am today! Thank you!Lea H.
