You all know my love for Shaun.  I started my fitness journey with the original Insanity, then completed Insanity Asylum, then Focus T25 so it was NO surprise that I jumped at the opportunity to do the newer program of the bunch Insanity Max 30!  This program was INTENSE!  It includes 150+ new cardio and Tabata-style strength moves that require zero equipment—just sheer determination. Every workout is a brand-new challenge and he keeps you on your toes the entire time! Remember, Shaun’s style is to use YOUR body as your weights so there are a lot of full body moves that will take your fitness up a level!  This is an excellent cross training program for long winter months when you can get out to run (if you’re a runner like me). 


You will have 2 blocks to complete, each are 4 weeks long, and require 30 minutes a day.  Not too bad, right?  Be prepared to workout HARD those 30 minutes.  The objective of the Insanity Max 30 workouts is to push you to your limits and to MAX OUT!  Max out meaning, you take a break, catch your breath, lose your form or just can’t go anymore.  Whatever YOUR definition, make sure you use it consistent so you measure your progress correctly week after week.  You will see improvements each and every time you complete the workout.  You will find yourself digging deeper, pushing harder, and reaching in and making things happen that you otherwise probably didn’t realize you could do!

Personally, I finished the Insanity Max 30 workouts feeling stronger than ever!  My stamina, my endurance, and my body just felt indestructible not only from the physical conditioning but the MENTAL conditioning that Shaun takes you through.  I felt this program was sort of like a really good personal development book.  It showed you that you are stronger, that your will to succeed can persevere, that you can dig deep to get things done and honestly, that’s something we ALL need to go through.  Our fitness journeys are NEVER ending.  We will always be a constant work in progress and the more we work on ourselves in the inside, the stronger and more resilient our exterior become!

Our first Test Group which was comprised of 19 individuals (17 women and 2 men), lost over 65lbs and over 152 inches in MONTH 1 of the program!!  And by the end of the program we were over 100lbs lighter and had removed over 200 inches from our bodies!!  INCREDIBLE if you ask me!!!
