I'm not a huge fan of the "yellow stuff" in deviled eggs BUT replace that with hummus and I'm ALL OVER IT! Check out this simple and super delicious snack (or small meal).

Ingredients
  1. 3 Hard Boiled Eggs, sliced and yolk removed.
  2. 1/4 Cup of Hummus
  3. Crushed Red Pepper (Optional)
  4. Salt (Optional)
Instructions
  1. Boil eggs, peel, and remove yolk. Spoon in hummus. Add caused red pepper flakes and salt on top if desired.
  2. ENJOY!

  1. I’m new to 21-day. You didn’t list container count.

    I know:
    1-Red=2 hard boiled eggs
    1-??= Hummus
    Free=Red pepper and salt

    • Hummus would fall into the blue container list. If you have the book it gives you lists of food for each container. You can also find many lists online. Hoped this helped! =)
