Healthy Peanut Butter CupsYou know what bugs me? When I see recipes shared and when I try them they are straight up AWFUL! Like the person who posted it never even tried it themselves because if they did, they wouldn’t have shared it for the rest of us to attempt.  I’ve attempted a few Healthy Peanut Butter Cups and other “healthified” desserts and most have come up short… but NOT ANYMORE!!!

I really don’t like wasting food on a terrible recipes which is why I *only* create or share recipes here that I’ve actually created, tried {and approved} myself. 

Which brings me to these little gems!  Hope you ENJOY them.  Just remember, consume in moderation.  They are healthier but still need to treated as a treat!


Healthy Peanut Butter Cups

This recipe is soooooo SIMPLE! You need Chocolate or Vegan Chocolate Shakeology. You can probably use a protein base powder but why would you? Go straight for the good stuff and make your cups knowing it has over 70 superfoods!

  1. 1 scoop of Shakeology
  2. 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
  3. 1/4 cup coconut oil (melter and hot)
  4. Natural Nut Butter of your choice!
  1. NOTE: Need to use a mini-silicon muffin pan.
  2. In a small bowl mix Shakeology with chips and pour hot coconut oil on top. Stir until super smooth.
  3. Take a tsp or less of peanut butter and plop it in the center of 10 mini-muffin circles. Pour chocolate mixture on top and freeze them! Ready in about 30 minutes!
  4. ENJOY!!!
  1. If following the 21 Day Fix, I would portion 2 = treat.
