 HAMMER AND CHISEL WORKOUT REVIEW: OVERVIEW

This program is an intense 60-day workout that focuses on sculpting your body from head to toe.  We’ve done both Body Beast and the 21 Day Fix programs and KNOW, for a fact, just how body altering these programs can be. This particular program will help you work toward a toned and well defined physique and is geared for people that:

  • Want to lose weight while building muscle in 1 program.
  • Get tired of figuring out nutrition and want to simplify eating.
  • Want to be flexible with either adding mass muscle (Hammer) or toning up their muscle and losing body fat (Chisel).
  • Recently completed the 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme or Body Beast programs and are ready for something new and innovative!

HAMMER AND CHISEL WORKOUT REVIEW: MEAL PLAN

The same containers and concept used in the 21 Day Fix and Fix Extreme have been adapted for this program too.  Except for this program, you will choose a specific nutrition plan based on questions you answer that are specific to your fitness goals (weight loss, lean, maintenance, or build/bulk).  One of the best aspects of being a member in our groups is that you have access to tools and templates just like these!  It makes the nutrition aspect to these programs SIMPLE!!

HAMMER AND CHISEL WORKOUT REVIEW: SHAKEOLOGY 

If you’re not yet drinking Shakeology, now is a great time to start.  Shakeology helps fight cravings, gives you energy for your workouts (and your life!) and supplies your body with real, whole superfood nutrients, antioxidants, digestive enzymes, probiotics, vitamins and minerals.

SHAKEOLOGY is also included with your challenge pack bundle. It counts as a red container which is one of your proteins.  This makes one of those meals on your plan super easy to plan for!   

HAMMER AND CHISEL WORKOUT REVIEW:  WORKOUTS & WORKOUT SCHEDULE

The Master’s Hammer and Chisel is composed of 30-40-minute workouts, performed on a daily basis. These workouts are designed on the foundation of SSP training, which stands for stabilization, strength, and power.

Most workout routines contain just one or two of these phases, however, the Master’s Hammer and Chisel contains all three. The combination of these three phases will lead to fat burning, muscle sculpting, and increased muscle power.

The workout program has you working out 6 days a week for 30-40 minutes.  Your first rest day is the 4th day so you can determine when you’d like to take that rest day and reverse engineer your start date.   So if you want your rest day to be on Sunday, start the program on Thursday.   Here are the descriptions for each workout:

Chisel Balance A total-body workout creating stabilization, muscular endurance, and core strength.
Iso Strength Chisel An intense resistance workout using isometric holds and flexibility to increase strength.
Chisel Endurance Increase muscular endurance and strength in this time-under-tension workout.
Chisel Cardio The cardiovascular resistance routine will increase heart rate, circulation, and burn an intense amount of calories.
Chisel Agility A challenging cardio workout that will help you move quickly, improve coordination, and create greater stabilization.
Total Body Chisel This full-body resistance workout focuses on creating lean muscle and strength.
Hammer Plyometrics This jump training workout will use your entire body to create force, speed, and power.
Iso Speed Hammer A tempo training workout that uses speed and isometric holds to create strength and grow muscle.
Total Body Hammer A hypertrophy workout focused on pyramid-style sets to maximize strength and muscle growth.
Max Hammer Strength Start with a pre-fatigued muscle, finish with a maximum lift. Increase strength, power, and muscular development.
Hammer Power This intense powerlifting-inspired workout will increase speed, reactive strength, and power.
Hammer Conditioning A workout based on compound movements that will improve stability, coordination, and strength.
10 Min Ab Chisel This core-crusher will transform your midsection, without ever getting on the floor.
10 Min Ab Hammer Carve definition into your core while strengthening your entire ab complex.

  

HAMMER AND CHISEL WORKOUT REVIEW: RESULTS

Since I have not done the program myself, I cannot give you my personal review and results YET!  I will certainly come back to update these details once I’ve completed the program with our 1st *EXCLUSIVE* test group! What I can do is tell you a little more about the creators of the program. Both Autumn Calabrese and Sagi Kalev have competed professionally in bodybuilding, and they have both excelled in this sport.

If you look at both of their physiques, you will notice that they both have sculpted and well-defined bodies. This program is the result of Sagi and Autumn revealing the strategies that they personally use to maintain their excellent physiques. You will now have access to their personal workouts, allowing you to repeat what they have learned and proven through their very own experiences.

Where Can I Get the Program?

The Master’s Hammer and Chisel has not been released yet but you can try it out on our On-Demand Streaming system!  There are 2 workouts available to preview by signing up for your FREE 30 Day Trial or accessing your account in your www.teambeachbody.com portal today!  If you sign up for Beachbody on Demand, you can use the streaming service to try out the workout before anybody else does!!

What Type of Equipment is Needed?

  • dumbbells of varying weights
  • a pull up bar (best option) -or- exercise band with door attachment
  • weight bench (best option) -or- stability ball
  • workout sheets & pen (will be released with the program).  As Sagi says, “write it down!”
