Greek Yogurt Parfait
Just simply delightful! I love love love greek yogurt paired with frozen fruit and a little sliced almonds. It's like having dessert for breakfast!

- 3/4 cup - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 1/4 cup - Frozen Berries (I prefer blueberries and raspberries)
- 2 tbsp - Sliced Almonds
- Optional - Drizzle of Honey
- In a small bowl, layer yogurt, berries and sliced almonds. Add a tsp of honey on top for an extra hint of natural sweetness!
