Ingredients
  1. 1 Red - 2 Eggs
  2. 1 Green - Spinach & Tomato
  3. 1 Yellow - Whole Wheat Toast
  4. 1 tsp - EVOO
  5. FREE - Garlic
  6. Salt (for taste)
Instructions
  1. Sautee spinach, tomatoes, and garlic in EVOO over medium heat. Crack and whisk eggs. Pour eggs in skillet with spinach and tomatoes. Cook evenly and flipping as needed.
  2. Serve with toast and ENJOY!

  1. What is EVOO? This recipe sounds delicious would love to try. I am starting the 21 day diet tomorrow so am trying to get some good recipes before I grocery shop. Thanks for all the great and yummy ideas.

  3. Thanks so much for this, I’m always looking for recipes. I’ve had 21DF since it was released (I had actually pre-ordered it). I had never really gotten around to using the containers – other than the orange, as i always forget/forgot which color was for which group. Even though 21DF doesn’t count calories, I still wish the calories were included in these recipes, as I still like to count them – I know, I’m odd!

    I can’t wait to try this one out. 🙂
