If you believe you were created with two left feet when it comes to dancing (raises hand) or maybe a slight critic that a “dancing” workout really can’t be a workout, then this Country Heat review is for you! The creator of the 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme is at it again, releasing a brand new kind of workout. One that will leave you sweating, laughing, and just having FUN!
I earned an opportunity to be one of the first to try Country Heat and if you guys know me, then you know my feet are best used kicking some asphalt then trying to dance, but I have to share with you… this once skeptic has been turned around and I really enjoyed this workout!
COUNTRY HEAT REVIEW: OVERVIEW
In ONE word, this program is FUN! Of course no workout program, even dancing, comes without a little sweat too which is what this new take on line dancing will do! You’ll find you’re having fun, while enjoying a good muscle-burning workout all in one. This is very similar to our previous dance program CIZE but with a completely different twist, we are trading up our sneakers for boots!
What I love is that Country Heat takes care of some of those pesky excuses we tend to have when working out. Things like – “I don’t have time” or “The moves are too complicated.”

COUNTRY HEAT REVIEW: PROGRAM DETAILS
The Country Heat program features dance workouts that are set to the songs that are popular on country music radio stations right now. The average length of each workout is about 20-30 minutes, and comes along with a 15-minute breakdown sessions (for those that don’t dance like me!) that will help you grasp the moves but also firm, tone and tighten your body at the same time. This is a 30 day program where you will dance away 6 days of the week with 1 day to kick back and relax those feet!
The best part of the workout is that is allows you to create your own routine and there is NO EQUIPMENT needed!!! You can customize your workout on days when you only have a few minutes to spare. This allows you to get something in and make progress on days when your schedule is a bit more hectic and/or you are traveling.

These dances are NOT complicated! Look. If I can do it, you CAN do it!
Even though Autumn Calabrese may be a professionally-trained dancer, there’s no reason to be intimidated because I sure the heck am NOT and was still able to hang with each move. I think the way they broke it down made it super easy to follow. She does each move a few times, allowing you to get the hang of it on your own time. If you don’t get a move right the first few times, just rewind and start over or remember that tomorrow is another day!

WE ARE KICKING OFF OUR COUNTRY HEAT *EXCLUSIVE* TEST GROUP FOR OUR NEW AND CURRENT MEMBERS ON AUGUST 15th, 2016!
We will start our challenge off with a week of focused preparation where we will set goals for ourselves, plan out our meals, discuss our 30 day plan, and take pictures and measurements to show off our progress along the way! Then, we DIVE with our cowboy boots and dance the days away!
During the month that we are together, we will guide you through the program providing support, accountability, motivation and daily inspiration in a *private* group with other members of ours doing the same program! We are going to help each other through life challenges and cheer each other on from start to finish. Honestly, the group aspect is THE BEST part of these challenges.
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
Each participant/member is required to purchase the Country Heat Challenge Pack/Program and commit to replacing 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the group. You must also be a member of ours which means, if you are working with another supportive coach, you should reach out to them for support and accountability.
