Not only am I excited to introduce a hot new program but I’m equally excited to introduce Chris as our newest super trainer!! He has created a 3 week rapid results program to help you rebuild your body and reinvent your life, making a SHIFT that you didn’t even see coming! Tommie and I have had the pleasure of meeting Chris and talking to him 1:1. He is the REAL DEAL! When I think about how he compares to other super trainers in our line-up, he just doesn’t. He is seriously his own breed and is incredibly motivating to watch, listen to, and be trained by from the comfort of your own home! He makes you feel like you can do anything you put your mind to and it takes me right back to the days of playing high school sports and having a coach rattle my ear and stay in my head for hours at a time.
Shift Shop Review
- It is a 3 week rapid rebuild program.
- It is for anyone who wants to ramp up their fitness fast.
- It goes from basic 25 minute workouts to advanced 45 minute routines, all while honoring your nutrition for optimal results.
- It’s great for all fitness levels. If you have a lot of weight to lose, shift shop will be your on-ramp to fitness. If you have spent time away from your regular routine, Chris will lead you through a fitness tune-up.
- The workouts are 25-45 minutes a day, 6 days a week for 3 weeks.

Shift Shop 21 Day Fitness Challenge
A 21 Day challenge doesn’t seem like much but wait until you see how they breakdown this program to help you get the results you want from a fitness program that is like nothing else we currently have in our lineup.
In 3 weeks, you will be:
- MORE CONFIDENT
And while it may only be 3 weeks long, you can do multiple rounds of it just like you did with the 21 Day Fix, Fix Extreme, or even Country Heat! The 3 weeks of workouts build on top of one another and increases the intensity and results each week.
Shift Shop Meal Plan & Workout Breakdown
One thing that I love about this program is that each week you get new workouts which keeps it fresh and interesting! Not only that, Beachbody has introduced a slightly different nutrition plan protocol that we haven’t had in past programs. We will be lowering our carbohydrate threshold while increasing our proteins and healthy fats over a 3 week timeframe.
The workouts in week 1 are meant to challenge your current fitness level. Even though they are only 25 minutes long, they are going to push you to new limits and start to test your mindset. This week’s meal plan is rather balanced. You will consume equal amounts of healthy fats, protein, and carbohydrates.
Week 2 starts off with a a bang with 35 minute workouts that will push your boundaries further and keep you sweating the entire time! It’s a great mix of cardio and strength endurance training which will keep your body moving and your muscles guessing as to what is coming next. In this week’s meal plan, you’ll be cutting down your carbohydrates and removing starchy carbs like breads and potatoes from your plan. You will consume more vegetables and protein in its place.
Week 3 is where you are going to really start making a SHIFT in your fitness, your nutrition, and your overall health and wellness. This is where your workouts go up to an intense 45 minutes and your meal plan is modified to reduce carbohydrates even further preparing you for a more paleo/low carb nutrition protocol.
