  1. Clearly this is a recipe for several days. My question is, after you take out of oven, do you cut a portion size that will fit in the Red(protein) and that is the correct size for 1 meal of:
    Red=chicken
    Purple=sauce
    Blue=cheese
    Green=Spinach
    Yellow=Pasta

    Please advise.

    • Lisa – Yes that is one way you can do it. I know the tenderloins I purchase equals 1/2 red. So 2 would suffice. If it is chicken breast its typically 1 red. You will start to recognize the appropriate portions over time.

  2. I’m sorry, let me correct that question I just last posted.

    Clearly this is a recipe for several days. My question is, after you take out of oven, do you cut a portion size that will fit in the Red (protein) and that is the correct portion of 3 combined of:

    Red=chicken
    Purple=sauce
    Blue=cheese

    Then of course you fill the other 2 containers of:
    Green=Spinach
    Yellow=Pasta

    Is that correct?

  3. Do you put the mixture in one red and that’s 1 serving? And then do you count the one red full as 1 red, 1purple and 1 blue?
