Every Sunday afternoon, you can find me in the kitchen bulk prepping meals and ingredients for the upcoming week. I absolutely LOVE having things ready to go for the week and not stressing about food or sticking to my plan when I’m on the go.

One of my all-time favorite go-to bulk ingredients is oatmeal. I make a 3 cup batches and portion them out into individual bowls for the upcoming days that I have either baked oatmeal bowls or cold oats. It’s perfect for both and our girls love it too!
