You can't beat this delicious snack that is less than 70 calories! Kale is such a vital vegetable, arguably one of the most powerful ones around for vitamins and nutrients. So why not spice them up and snack on them all day!

Ingredients
  1. 2.5 cups of Kale, dried
  2. 1/2 Tbsp of EVOO
  3. 1/2 Tbsp of Tamari (Alternative Soy Sauce)
  4. 1/2 Tbsp of Sesame Seeds
  5. Salt (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Make sure Kale is completely dry or it will turn out soggy. Mix Kale, EVOO, Tamari, Sesame Seeds, and dash of Salt (optional) in a medium bowl. Toss and layer on a cooking sheet. Place in oven for 10-12 minutes. The longer the crispier they get but you want to watch them so they don't burn.
