Asian Infused Kale Chips
You can't beat this delicious snack that is less than 70 calories! Kale is such a vital vegetable, arguably one of the most powerful ones around for vitamins and nutrients. So why not spice them up and snack on them all day!

- 2.5 cups of Kale, dried
- 1/2 Tbsp of EVOO
- 1/2 Tbsp of Tamari (Alternative Soy Sauce)
- 1/2 Tbsp of Sesame Seeds
- Salt (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350. Make sure Kale is completely dry or it will turn out soggy. Mix Kale, EVOO, Tamari, Sesame Seeds, and dash of Salt (optional) in a medium bowl. Toss and layer on a cooking sheet. Place in oven for 10-12 minutes. The longer the crispier they get but you want to watch them so they don't burn.
