Ingredients
  1. 1 Red - Plain Greek Yogurt
  2. 1 Purple - Apples, slides or diced
  3. FREE - Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice apples. Warm in microwave or on stove top. Place over greek yogurt and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon. For a little extra sweetness, drizzle 1 tsp of raw honey on top!
  2. ENJOY!
Notes
  1. On the 21 Day Fix, you are allowed 1 to 2 tsps of natural sweeteners per day. Honey can be used as one of those sweeteners.

  1. Hi, I am so happy I run up on this web site. A few weeks ago I got my package. Not knowing anything about everything I pulled it out of the box. So excited. Well after being on this for 2 days I went online, found you preparing the meals and realized my books telling me how to do this 21 day fix was left out of my box. I was so confused. Thinking how am I suppose to know how to do this. I called and they are now sending my books. Thank you for posting these meals on here. You are a life saver.
