WE ARE KICKING OFF OUR 22 MINUTE HARD CORPS *EXCLUSIVE* TEST GROUP FOR OUR NEW AND CURRENT MEMBERS ON MARCH 14th, 2016!

We will start our challenge off with a week of focused preparation where we will set goals for ourselves, plan out our meals, discuss our 8 week plan, and take pictures and measurements to show off our progress along the way!  Then, we DIVE in bootcamp style!

During the 8 weeks we are together, we will guide you through the program providing support, accountability, motivation and daily inspiration in a *private* group with other members of ours doing the same program!  We are going to help each other through life challenges and cheer each other on from start to finish.  Honestly, the group aspect is THE BEST part of these challenges.

What is required?

Each participant/member is required to purchase the 22 Minute Hard Corps Challenge Pack/Program and commit to replacing 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the group.  You must also be a member of ours which means, if you are working with another supportive coach, you should reach out to them for support and accountability.
