21 Day Fix

I remember when I was first started my fitness journey and deciding to incorporate INSANITY for the first time.  This program was a 60 day TOTAL Body Conditioning program and doing that on top of running was going to result in A LOT OF TIME spent getting fit and healthy.  Slightly overwhelming, right?!
As someone who had only been running,  that felt completely OVERWHELMING! I wondered whether I could complete the program AND keep up with running or would it be too much, would I get bored, and how I was going to do it for so long! Could I really stick with it?
Trust me, I know a program at that length can be daunting and a HUGE commitment for some of us.  When we are starting out and just needing some of the fundamentals, starting something a bit shorter and more manageable might be just what you want or need.

How does a 21-day fitness and eating program sound?…a little less overwhelming?
For many of us, a 21-day program is a chance to get our feet wet. It’s still a challenge but it doesn’t feel quite so overwhelming. Most of us tell ourselves, “I can try something for just 3 weeks.” It’s less than a month. And yet it’s just enough time to really start seeing some results.
