There are endless combinations of these ingredients! To make your prepping and execution as easy as possible, prepare proteins (hard boiled eggs, grilled chicken, browned lean meat, greek yogurt bowls), veggies, and carbohydrates (rice, quinoa, and oatmeal) in bulk in advance. That way you can grab and create meals quickly throughout the day.
Also, the seasoning recipes that come in your nutrition guide are AWESOME! Make those in bulk as well before you start the program. That way you have them on hand at any point that you may need them. As an example, I had egg whites and avocado slices for breakfast one morning and it was quite bland. I grabbed the Smokey Southwest Seasoning and BAM! it was packed with flavor.
