21 Day Fix Challenge Group Simple Recipe for Success!

I can fully admit that when I was accepted into the 21 Day Fix Extreme Coach Test Group I was not only excited but completely scared. I had no idea what I was walking into, I was putting myself in the shoes of every person that I’ve ever asked to join one of my groups and it scared me. But here’s the thing, I have learned very quickly that embracing change is a GOOD thing, that being CHALLENGED out of my comfort zone has produced results that I’m proud about, and participating in this group with complete strangers, that have similar goals and objectives, has been uplifting and extremely motivating. I faced my fears and as scary as that was, it’s has made me stronger!

I would like to take them through our 21 Day Fix program which will help them learn proper portion control with the use of fun little colored containers AND help them start the fitness program that comes with it to get in 30 minutes of exercise each day. I am 100% committed to seeing each of them through the program. I will provide daily support and motivation every day and if in those 21 days they aren’t feeling better about yourself, if you haven’t made progress with their fitness goals, or if they believe it wasn’t worth it, I will help them get their money back for the entire program, 100%, no questions asked. 

There is absolutely nothing to lose and a lot more to gain as being a member in this group and I truly want to help each of these women get over your fears of starting something new and something exciting, to be part of something that could be life changing. ♥
