13 WEEK BUMP UPDATE

2nd trimester is here and I have a HOT jalapeño growing!!!

I’m starting to:
> push my limit in my skinny jeans
>  feel much better with use of my PSI bands
> get through my workouts with a lot more energy
> stay up longer and sleep a lot less
> get headaches
> have mini cravings. Sushi anyone?
> cook more frequently and meal prep again!!!
> pee more

All in all, I’m feeling good as we move into the blissful 2nd trimester!!
